1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before putting on the nitrile gloves.
2. Put on the gloves by pulling the top of the gloves over the thumb and index finger and pulling the rest of the glove over the hand. Make sure the gloves fit well and have no folds or wrinkles.
3. Check that the gloves have no holes or tears before starting your work.
4. Use the gloves for the intended activities, such as handling chemicals or caring for patients.
5. Remove gloves carefully after use. Avoid touching the inside of the gloves to reduce the risk of contamination.
6. Dispose of used gloves in a closed medical waste container.
7. Wash hands thoroughly after removing nitrile gloves.
